- Send the Item Back: Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping
fees may apply unless the issue is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process a refund,
store credit, or replacement within 7-10 business days.
